Minor in Possession
A highly intoxicated man was cited and released for underage drinking on Fifth and D Street. after trying to become too amorous with a lady who was pushing him away.
Oct. 13: 2 a.m.
Malicious Mischief
The university police assisted the Cheney Police Department in chasing an intoxicated male student that was throwing rocks through windows. The student was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken to jail by the Cheney Police Department.

Underage Drinking
A student was found intoxicated and vomiting in the third floor bathroom of Pearce Hall.
Oct. 13: 9:07 p.m.
Malicious Mischief
A community advisor in Pearce Hall reported a student ripping posters off of the walls and tearing them up.
Oct. 15
A non-student was found to be living in various dorms on campus. The man was an escapee from Kent and was wanted for felony charges, including armed robbery.
Oct. 17: 4 p.m.
An attempted break-in was reported near Dryden Hall. Someone was trying to enter a car without breaking a window.

Malicious Mischief
A window outside of Baldy’s was found shattered.

Underage Drinking
Students were found vomiting in Pearce Hall. One student had a blood-alcohol level of 0.21.
Oct. 19: 5:45 p.m.
Underage Drinking
An underage male student was cited for drinking at the homecoming football game. His blood-alcohol level was 0.294. He was released to a responsible party.
Oct. 19: 7:42 p.m.
Domestic Violence
A boyfriend and girlfriend were yelling at each other on D Street. The boyfriend threw a phone on the ground and broke it. He was arrested for domestic violence and malicious mischief.
Oct. 20: 6:20 p.m.
Theft
A woman from Dressler Hall left her black iPod touch in the P.E. locker rooms overnight and came back to find it had been stolen. The item is still missing.

If you live in the residence halls, you are responsible for yourself and your guests. Make sure to know your surroundings, and if you think something is wrong, let someone know.
