Today, The Easterner was informed by Aly Morgan that the result of an appeal that she filed with Superior Court had been posted outside PUB 320 since Friday. The appeal addressed sanctions in connection with the charge that Morgan had distributed campaign materials prior to the time frame allowed by election rules.
