Eastern alum bring art show to EWU gallery

Eastern Washington University Gallery of ART will host collaborative exhibition

Gunn and Tampush’s exhibition showcases the structures that comprise the backbone of a house

Starting Jan. 13, the Eastern Washington University Gallery of Art will host a collaborative exhibition by artists and architects Bradly Gunn and Aaron Trampush. The show, called “Domestic Legibility,” will open with a noon reception. Thereafter, admission to “Domestic Legibility” will be free.

The collaboration between Gunn and Trampush will feature salvaged artifacts from demolished homes, artistically arranged to express the characteristics of home environments.

Trampush is an alum of Eastern, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in building construction Technology in 2005. He continued his education at Washington State University, where he earned his Master of Architecture in 2011.

Gunn is is an award-winning artist who received both his Bachelor of Science in architecture and fine arts and Master of Architecture from Washington State university.

“Domestic Legibility” will close Feb. 18.
