Spirit of the Eagle Pow Wow returns to EWU

The EWU Native American Student Association (NASA) will be holding its 48th annual Spirit of the Eagle Pow Wow today and Saturday, October 15 at EWU’s Reese Court.
NASA president Honey Brown said the Spirit of the Eagle Pow Wow will feature both traditional male and female dances and the sharing of Native American culture.
The event will feature Battle Axe as the Host Drum, Randy Bowen as the Master of Ceremonies, Red Bear McCloud as the Head Man and Lydia Skahon as the Head Woman.
Tonight’s grand opening will begin at 7 p.m. and Saturday’s grand opening will begin at both 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Both nights are free of cost and a free dinner will be provided during the Saturday night event.
